Include the AI Assistant in Email Threads
When scheduling a meeting, loop the AI Assistant (Cc: assistant@gokatch.ai) in the email thread where the meeting is being discussed. This allows the AI Assistant to analyze the context and join by suggesting meeting times.
Email directly your requests
You can email your scheduling requests directly to the AI Assistant at assistant@gokatch.ai. For example, when you want to schedule a personal event. However, when your request involves other people, make sure to include the other participant's name and email address either in the body of the email or in the Cc: field of your email client. This ensures the assistant knows where to send time suggestions and calendar invites.
Use Standard Language
While the AI Assistant is capable of understanding a wide variety of phrases and sentences, using clear and standard language can help ensure it accurately understands your requests.
Limit Back-and-Forth
Minimize unnecessary back-and-forth within the email thread. The more concise and to-the-point the conversation, the more efficiently the AI can assist in scheduling.
Update Preferences Regularly
